What to expect at your next dental appointment

Here’s what you need to know for your visit:

  • Our office will communicate with you before your appointment to ask some screening questions. You will have similar questions when you arrive.
  • In an attempt to maintain social distancing between our patients during this time, we ask that upon your arrival to our office that you wait in the comfort of your own car, and call our receptionists (615-460-0123) to inform us of your arrival. If your dental room is ready for you, we will ask you to come in, if not please be patient and we will call you back once we are ready.
  • Also we request that only the patient come into the office. If you have a child or person who needs assistance, we ask that only one care giver assists. Please do not bring family members or children who do not have appointments.
  • As a precaution, we will be taking forehead temperature upon arrival.
  • We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office.
  • We ask that you bring your own pen to sign documents.
  • We ask and thank you for your understanding to help us while we are taking these extra precautions.
  • Masks are required when entering and leaving our facility.

We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe at our practice.
